The clean and cozy common areas were enjoyable.
Our stay was marred by misleading information about room locations. We had to navigate a confusing layout to find the reception, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The broken blinds and a malfunctioning fireplace added to our disappointment as it was difficult to enjoy the amenities made available in the other tower.

i almost wanted to like it here, but there was zero heat in our room and the staff did nothing after calling five times! also, no toiletries at all, only a tiny bag brought late by a clerk who didn’t even smile.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
We enjoyed two nights in a spacious one-bedroom apartment. Although the bed setup was misrepresented, the staff quickly provided a portable cot, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to ask about the room configuration at check-in for a smoother experience.

The location near the cabriolet lift is ideal for easy access to skiing. The sauna and hot tub provided a nice retreat, especially with a view overlooking the village.
